Shipping Area

Celestial Body Health currently ships within Canada only.

Due to the perishable nature of our seamoss gel, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Method (Canada-Wide)

All seamoss gel orders are shipped via Express Shipping only.

Our seamoss gel is prepared fresh, pre-frozen, and requires cold handling. For this reason:

  • Standard or economy shipping options are not available

  • Shipping methods cannot be changed after checkout

  • Express shipping minimizes transit time and reduces the risk of spoilage


Order Processing Time

All products are made in small batches.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days

  • Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.


Local Vancouver Delivery & Pickup

For customers located in Vancouver:

  • Local delivery and local pickup orders are ready within 5–7 business days from the date the order is placed

  • You will be notified once your order is ready for delivery or pickup

  • Pickup instructions will be provided once your order is confirmed as ready

Same-day or expedited local fulfillment is not guaranteed.


Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Celestial Body Health is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional disruptions

  • Events outside of our control

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.


Cold Product Disclaimer

Seamoss gel is shipped pre-frozen. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee the product will arrive fully frozen, especially during warmer months.

Slight thawing during transit does not indicate spoilage. Customers must:

  • Refrigerate the product immediately upon delivery

  • Follow all provided storage instructions


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping and contact information

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Missed or delayed deliveries

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Packages left unattended after delivery

  • Carrier delays once the package is in transit


Undeliverable or Refused Orders

Orders that are refused, returned, or undeliverable due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or reshipment, in accordance with food safety regulations.
